Unleash Your Super Brain To Learn Faster

June 21, 2021

Jim Kwik, a famous brain training coach, shares how to tap into your mind and unleash your highest level of brain power. By discussing why it’s important to “learn how to learn fast” — and giving quick tips on how to achieve this — Kwik shares some valuable information.

Seeing as it isn’t always easy to unlock your highest level of productivity and efficiency, Kwik gives us a thorough stage-by-stage look at how to best achieve this. This video proves valuable as Kwik gives six tangible ways to learn any subject or skill faster with the acronym “be fast.”

B — believe: you are responsible for how you feel, so believing that you are capable of something will only help you achieve it.

E — exercise: if you want to change your state, exercise is key.

F — forget: all high-achieving people approach thinking as beginners. Temporarily emptying your mind of all prior knowledge can actually help you learn better.

A — active: the human brain does not learn through consuming information, rather it learns from creating information.

S — state: all learning is dependent on your state, which you have complete control over.

T — teach: learn with the intention of teaching information to someone else.

Through this memorable acronym and various hands-on exercises, Kwik proves that we are capable of learning 25-50% more than we think we can. He emphasizes “believing” as one of the key components to learning faster. We all hold the potential to learn better, faster, and smarter — we just have to believe that we can.
